3. DEVICE AND LICENSE INFORMATION
Eclipse Paid may use hardware or device identifiers, including HWID-based identifiers, to authenticate licenses and enforce device or usage restrictions.
Certain identifiers may be hashed or otherwise transformed where appropriate.

Eclipse Paid may maintain records of authentication attempts, activations, license usage, integrity checks, security events, and suspected abuse.
Security decisions may be based on multiple technical indicators.
We do not claim that our systems can identify every form of tampering or abuse.

Records may be retained after a license is suspended or revoked when reasonably necessary for these purposes.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, relevant information may be provided to the payment provider, bank, card network, or other entity handling the dispute.
