ECLIPSE PAID — REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
Eclipse Paid is a digital product and access may be provided immediately after purchase.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES
Purchases are generally non-refundable once a license has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, activated, downloaded, or used.
A license is considered delivered once the purchased access, license key, download, or activation ability has been made available to the purchaser.
Redemption, successful authentication, download, activation, or recorded use of the license may be used as evidence that the product was delivered and accessed.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
A refund will not normally be provided because you:
- Changed your mind.
- Stopped using the software.
- Purchased by mistake.
- Failed to read the product description or applicable terms.
- Lost access because you violated the Terms of Service.
3. SUSPENDED OR REVOKED LICENSES
A refund will not normally be provided when a license is suspended or permanently revoked because of a verified violation of the Eclipse Paid Terms of Service.
Violations may include license sharing, redistribution, reverse engineering, unauthorized backend access, bypassing license or authentication systems, fraudulent payment activity, or attempts to evade an existing restriction or revocation.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is a legitimate problem with your purchase, you should contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be investigated before initiating a payment dispute where practicable.
Filing a payment dispute does not erase records showing that a license was delivered, redeemed, activated, accessed, or used.
Relevant purchase, delivery, redemption, authentication, usage, device, or communication records may be provided to the payment provider, bank, card network, or other entity handling a payment dispute.
5. LEGAL RIGHTS
This Refund Policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment provider.
